
Payment Policy
The fee for any retreat is payable in advance - the last day for receipt being May 1st of each year. Upon registration we require a deposit of 25% of the total fee, or you may pay in full.
Because we only accommodate 7 people and provide staff and have pre-booked expenses, the 25% deposit is nonrefundable. If, however, you have to cancel prior to the retreat providing we receive one month's notice, then we will refund 50% of your final payment. If we can find a replacement within that time, then 75%.
